About The Club
Platinum Social Club is a family-oriented club that promotes family values and deep respect for one another. It also provides support for those who need it. It differs from the other traditional clubs and associations because at Platinum, every member is treated as family.
The pursuit of the "American Dream" has often distanced us from the promotion of our culture, tradition and heritage. It has become a huge challenge to raise children whose values align with the Igbo tradition and identity. One of Platinum's objectives is to reverse this course and impart on our children, as well as future generations of children, our customs and traditions. We often get together to relax and ward off stress, but most especially, we are aware of who we are, where we come from, and where we are going.
Our Mission
To advance Igbo culture and heritage, promote unity, progress, and the welfare of our members residing in the United States of America.
Our Vision
To be a beacon of excellence, unity, and cultural pride for Igbos in the diaspora, fostering a strong, supportive, and vibrant community.
Our History
Founded in 2010 in Maryland, Platinum Social Club USA was established by a group of visionary Igbos dedicated to preserving their heritage and supporting one another in the United States. Over the years, the club has grown into a vibrant community, hosting cultural events, outreach programs, and providing a network of support for members and their families.
